Seriously, what's the big deal?

So the man apparently has an odd-shaped mole petruding from his left temple. It's not polite to point and stare. How do you think he feels about it? Give the guy a break, he has enough health problems. I mean, c'mon, no heart is a bigger deal than some mole shaped like an "X".
