Bush Announces Replacement Nomination for Miers

Ten_2In an unusually late press conferenece Thursday night Bush was excited to announce that he was nominating Roy Moore's Ten Commandment statue to replace Harriet Miers nomination and had this to say, "I think it's important to bring [something] from outside the system, the judicial system, [something] that hasn't been on the bench and, therefore, there's not a lot of opinions for people to look at."

James Dobson immediately endorsed the nomination.

Democrats have said they are anxious to hear what it says at its confirmation hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee, expected next month.

Talk about a stealth candidate - this one only keeps repeating the same ten things!

That's not even the half of it!

Bush went on to say that Ray Moore was just way too conservative for the bench and that is why he went with the statue.
